This report presents two compositions by Áki Ásgeirsson, 356° and 328°. Their construction, notation and underlying ideas are introduced and analysed. Also, an overview of related compositions is given with a short introduction to animated music notation developments and robot instrument design in icelandic and international context.
356° is the first Icelandic composition with an interactive score and 328° is the first composition in Iceland to use robotic instruments.
