Paxflow dashboard and workflow

Abstract

The logistics within the tour industry heavily depend on the work of many people to follow through and complete systematic tasks, for example: following up with customers if necessary booking information is missing or having to sift through a large amount of bookings to see availability. This creates a scaling problem where in relation to the size of the business, it would require proportionally more employees to oversee these day to day tasks. The Paxflow dashboard and workflow automation aims to solve these problems.The project will be split into two main parts, the dashboard and workflow handling.
