This paper explores the potential of applying what will be referred to as a Blue Ocean Strategy to as an approach to internal strategy for staff management and examines its impact on employee satisfaction and engagement. Blue Ocean Strategy is a business approach that focuses on creating new demand in untapped market spaces rather than competing with existing market leaders (Kim & Mauborgne, 2004). The Blue Lagoon strategy, which applies the principles of Blue Ocean Strategy to staff management, aims to create a workplace environment that is innovative, productive, and satisfying for employees. By adopting a blue ocean approach to staff management, companies can differentiate themselves from their competitors, attract and retain top talent, and ultimately achieve sustainable growth and success. This research seeks to answer the question of whether applying Blue Ocean Strategy principles to staff management can drive improvement in employee satisfaction and engagement. The study analyzes the impact of applying Blue Ocean Strategy to staff management on employee satisfaction and engagement and identifies best practices for applying Blue Ocean Strategy to staff management in organizations. The findings have important implications for organizations seeking to improve their internal operations and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, providing insights into the potential benefits of applying Blue Ocean Strategy to staff management and informing organizational decision-making and strategy development.
