Degree:
  • Master's
Abstract:
  • Exploring the integration of yoga within management frameworks, this paper examines how yoga's holistic approach significantly benefits managers in dynamic environments. Yoga enhances physical well-being, mental clarity, decision-making capabilities, and team collaboration.
Empirical data from a questionnaire distributed among yoga managers substantiates these benefits, highlighting improvements in emotional intelligence, physical health, and productivity. The study shows yoga’s potential to enhance leadership styles, foster team morale, and increase adaptability through mindfulness and meditation.
Results indicate that yoga practitioners experience enhanced communication skills and leadership abilities, suggesting that incorporating yoga into management routines can transform management culture and improve organizational effectiveness.
The findings advocate for including yoga in leadership development programs, positioning it as a strategic tool for enhancing management efficacy and organizational success.
